Thank you for shopping with us at Bargain Box. We're based in the UK and dispatch all orders from our Wyken Avenue location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and offer the following options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping – £4.99 | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
• Economy Shipping – £5.99 | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping – £6.99 | Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £50.

What We Sell

Our inventory includes pre-loved items, new without tags (NWT), and new arrivals across clothing, footwear, home goods, and toys. All items are described accurately and dispatched with care. Pre-loved items may show signs of prior use as noted in individual product listings.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available depending on the shipping method selected.

Delays

Whilst we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
